BoolTools 2 licene issue

I tried to use BoolTools 2 this morning but have run into a license issue. Running Sketchup Make 2017.

I see that it says licensed for Commercial but I’m not using it for that purpose.

The commercial part of it doesn’t matter. Can you find the email with the license information? If so, remove the license with the button at the bottom and then add the license again.

Before you do that you might try a cold reboot of your computer and then open SketchUp and try Bool Tools 2 again.

If you can’t find the email with your license go to https://mindsightstudios.com/my-licenses/ and sign in. You should be able to download the license information from there.

Occasionally the tools from Dale give me this issue whenever I log in from a different wifi with my laptop.
Then I just simply need to do Remove License and re-enter email and serial again.
Did you try that? Did you recently logged in from a differente wifi or somthing like that?

I can’t seem to find an email. I’ll try logging into the mind-sight web site and see if I can reactivate.

I did change computers a few months ago so I wonder if that could be part of the problem.

Your email address is in the screnshot you posted in your initial post. Edit the post and delete the image.

If you never used BoolTools2 on the new PC, it definitely is.

If you hadn’t ever licensed Bool Tools 2 on this computer you wouldn’t have the wiondow you showed when you tried to start it. Instead you would get a window asking you to add the license info.

I was able to log in to mind-sight and reactivate my license.
