This just happened today? Why?
Some of my extensions are not loading…
Look in Settings in the Extension Manager and see what you have Loading Policy set to. If it’s set too restrictive, it’ll block unsigned extensions from loading.
Please complete your profile with SketchUp version, license, type, operating system and graphic card model. That information helps us help you.
Since that’s an unsigned extension, you won’t be able to update it until the change in Loading Policy is updated. Quit SketchUp and restart it after setting the Loading Policy to Unrestricted. See how you get on then. Periodically you need to sign out of the EW and sign back in to re-register with the servers so you might go ahead and sign out before quitting out of SketchUp.

You can’t update something if there isn’t an update available.
When the button turns red it means there is an update and you can click it.
Good point. I assumed, evidently in error, that the OP had checked and knew there was an update. I didn’t bother to check to see if there is or not. My error.
