Best way to create linework for this parametric structure?

I am having trouble creating the shape of this structure attached. I understand that the Bezier tool would probably be a good tool to use, but I am finding it tricky to create the line work to move forward. Any tips on how to create the outline would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
