Basic - Why is not a closed form? it has not a face

I’d like to know what I’m doing wrong.
I think I created a closed form and it should be a face, but I only see the edges.
In consecuence I cannot apply bucket tool

Trace one of the edges with the Line tool.

I have done things like that to close an empty cilinder but I didn’t think to do the same in this occasion.

This is another reason why I never use a white background. You need to be able to see front faces as well as back faces.

Not sure why the background is white during the video, it should be grey.
But you’re right, it’s a bad recommendation, anyway, it needs to trace one of the edges with the line tool as DaveR said.
