Also, don't blame stephenmmattison for not being helpful when it doesn't appear as you want any help in the first place, only vent your frustration.
You start by posting about how you hope not all developers are as bad as one you've encountered without even mentioning who the developer is or what the problem is (it could be anything, a badly designed user interface, bad accessibility, bad support for a plugin you've bought etc).
Then you go on to saying you "have no problem naming and shaming people", but yet don't give us a name so it's not like you try to be helpful and actually warn us about someone. At this point you are still just passive aggressive and no one other than you knows who your anger is directed towards.
As a plugin developer myself with about 37 plugins published I was afraid at one point that you had had problems with one of my plugins and felt offended when reaching out for support. Not until your third post in the thread you actually give us a name. Until that point you have been putting stress on people who have nothing to do with this.
Even after you name a person you keep spraying your frustration over the community as a whole and in particular plugin developers, and make analogies about how one bad fruits spoils a whole basket, even though the rest of us have nothing to do with this (and still don't really know what's going on). You ask that "this" (whatever this refers to) should be better policed but since none of us, including SketchUp employees on the forum, really knows what has happened we don't know what you want us to police against and how.
Ironically this Devin is first to actually explain what has happened.
