Just lost a lot of work when Sketchup crashed.
Checked my preferences and it was set for save every 5 min.
WTF!
had the drawing been saved before the crash?
if not autosave goes to a hidden folder and it may be in there…

there’s an Autosave folder in…
/Users/your_name/Library/Application\Support/SketchUp 2016/SketchUp/Autosave
if you ⌥ click on the Finder >> Go [menu] then Library and follow the path, it may be in there…
otherwise it should be next in the same folder that you saved the original, but remember to look in the A’s…
