Authentication Error when signing into 3D Warehouse

I have Sktechup Pro 2016, and I am trying to log in to 3D warehouse and get this error message:

Something went wrong during the authentication process.

Please contact system administrator.

I tried cleaning out my cookies (as suggested by another post). Another idea was to lower the security settings to Medium on Internet Explorer, but I am uncomfortable doing this. Are there any other options for me?

Log in using the little person icon, lower left of SketchUp’s status bar.

Funny, I did that, a couple of times, to no avail. Then, after your email, I tried again and it worked! Thanks.
