Angled studs/top plate Medeek Wall

Often when extending walls to an angled ceiling, the top plate will be beveled on the long edges and the tops of the studs mitered to meet it. Is there a way to do this with Medeek? I know how to do the gable/ shed walls but what about the ones that run at 90 degrees to them? Attached a screenshot to better explain. Thanks!

I have never been convinced that this is the right way to frame such a wall (or roof). I would rather keep my top plates flat and cut a birdsmouth in the rafters, or introduce a beveled plate on top of the flat plate of the wall.
