# Android viewer app shows continents instead of Trimble Connect items

Hello,  
when I login to Trimble Connect in Android app, I see “Europe”, “Asia”, “North America” rather than my Trimble Connect folders and models, which instead are correctly listed in iPad viewer using the same account.

These are the three locations on the globe where the servers are based. A project can only reside on one specific location.

All three locations are empty, and I only see this behavior in the Android app, not in the iPad version.

Is it possible you are signed in with a different email address? On my Android phone I see the expected three continents, and inside the North America folder are my project folders.
