AMP Not Displaying Purchased Licenses – Anyone Else Experiencing This?

Hello,

We’re currently facing an issue where products purchased through a local reseller are not showing up in the AMP portal.

The account has already been set as the Account Owner, and licenses have been assigned to multiple users. However, after logging into AMP, the purchased licenses themselves are not visible.

This issue is not unique to us – we’ve confirmed that other companies are experiencing the same problem.

Is anyone else seeing this issue? Are your licenses showing up correctly in AMP?
