Objects appear normal on one computer, but when I sign into SketchUp on my second computer, all objects and lines are black, and there are no colors. What can I do to get the colors back?
probably an issue with the OpenGL support of your grpahics card driver → update.
dunno your graphics card model “WDDM 1.1” … are you sure? → run “Win+R > dxdiag > Display” for thorough information.
