I can’t get the “AI Render” extension to work. Despite having a valid SketchUp license and having downloaded the plugin from Extension House, when I start it, it says “a problem has been found…make sure you are connected to Trimble”.
hello, I’ve had similar issues with 3D warehouse this morning while sketchup was stating I was offline. Simply restart sketchup and it should be fine
it could be some nocturnal pre weekend updates in the background. the analytics are back, looks like this week they did some behind the scenes work.
Have you tried logging out and back in with your Trimble ID?
