Admin Consent not loading

Hello,

we are having issues logging into Sketchup. I can log in with the global admin account but I do not get the admin consent screen, it jumps straight to this message:

Please advise what to do. Thank you! Our domains are @edubs.ch for educators and @stud.edubs.ch for students.

Stefan

@CaseyG

Were these domains whitelisted @CaseyG ?

Thanks for the posts everyone, I appreciate the @ to get my attention too.

If you are able to get that as far as you are indicating in your post @stefan.kottke , you are using Microsoft to deploy the app and you are sure you followed all the instructions correctly, that indicates that adding you to the domain database will not do anything to help. I am happy to help you out by starting the troubleshooting process though and I am sure we can get you up and running soon!

As a starting point, can you confirm what browser you are using and make sure you have enabled cookies and popups for the site? Additionally, if you are willing to share a screenshot of the console tab in developer mode I may be able to get some additional information from that to narrow down potential causes.

Please let me know the information I asked about and we can start the process of troubleshooting right away!

Did you go through the process here?

Good morning, I tried to follow this process, but after selecting “Sign up with Microsoft“ and entering my global admin credentials

I do not get the consent prompt but this:

I tried using Firefox and MS Edge, both in private mode and normal mode all with the same result.

Please let me know if I can provide any more information and thank you so much for your help!

Cheers

Stefan

Thanks for the screenshot @stefan.kottke. I appreciate it. Unfortunately I need a screenshot of the console tab in developer mode and not a screenshot of the inspector tab. Can you take one of that tab and post that?

Oh, my bad. Here you go:

Just jumping in here because I posted on another forum thread about the same issue. That error means that Microsoft is reporting that the school’s domain (Azure Tenant) is not setup as an Education account. I would suggest just white-listing the domain.

Hello anyone, has the whitelisting put in place yet?

Thanks

Stefan

Hi @stefan.kottke, I can confirm that you were added to the database correctly some time ago and entered everything again just to be sure that there are no typos so if you are still seeing an error, it is not related to the firewall on our end and must be something else. Can you confirm that the error messages in developer mode are the same as they were in the screenshot you posted? If so, we will need to dig a bit deeper to find a solution.

Hello Casey,

I can happily confirm that I was now able to log in, thank you very much for your support!!
