I have been bouncing around in the admin section of the account management for Trimbal. What I am looking for is the place to edit my physical street address. I have found the location to change the payment method, but the street address is another story.

I have tried both of those links.
For the first link Dezmo listed, one can change the email address only. For the second link, a spinning each ball.

I don’t know for sure that this article is up to date, but it suggests that the address details remain fixed after creating a Trimble ID, and to get a new address you would turn off auto renew, and create a new Trimble ID for the next subscription period.

Stupid, but if that is the way it is, so be it. The bit about not using existing email addy is a poor idea. Please bring it up to the people involved. There is enough confusion managing multiple emails as it is. (not only here)

This must be some belated April Fool’s joke…
the admin website has been terrible. I find it hard to get to the things I need. Its been clunky for a long time and needs to be reviewed and revised.
My guess is that it’s to prevent someone setting up an account in a country with a lower subscription cost and then ‘relocating’ but I must say, the solution Trimble have does seem to be a sledgehammer to crack a walnut scenario
