Hi,
I am able to let my Teachers login with the @ogmf.nl domain, but students use a @leerling.ogmf.nl domain in their Office 365 account, and they are not able to login.
Do you have to whitelist this domain? Can i fix this?
Hi @kzurburg, thanks for the post. I am happy to get you added to our domain database right now. I’ll go ahead and add both domains to make sure you don’t run into any future issues with it. By the time this post is live, you should be all set to deploy the app if you have not already done so. Just make sure you don’t skip any steps as that can cause issues later on that are very similar to what you are currently seeing.
If you are sure you deployed the app correctly and are still running into issues, try clearing the cache and cookies as a bad file in there is the usual cause of the problem. If that does not fix it, let me know right away and I’ll gladly assist you in finding out what went wrong and what we can do to get you up and running.
@CaseyG Hi, sorry, i’m not sure if i’m in the correct thread or if i should create one but may i also request for our domain to be added to the whitelist? It is @assumption.edu.ph We have been using SketchUp for schools for a while now and have just recently lost our access as well.

I do however need a link to your website and verification that you are a k-12 school before I can add you though. I tried accessing the domain you linked in your post in case I could get to your site from that but it didn’t lead me to anything. Can you post a link to your website? As soon as I have that I can get all the info I need to get you added and get your access restored.
Hello Casey, thank you for your reply. Here is the site for our Basic Education Division which handles Preschool until Senior High School (Grade 12) https://sites.google.com/assumption.edu.ph/ac-basic-ed-online/ We do have an site for the whole college (we’re from Preschool to Higher Ed) but the site is presently undergoing maintenance. This is at https://www.assumption.edu.ph For SketchUP however, it is only the Junior High School and the Senior High School that will be using the application. I hope all this suffices. Again, thank you very much!
