I am trying to add a second computer to my SketchUp Shop, Annual Plan. I read that I am able to use on two computers, just not at the same time. I have downloaded the program, and I think I am down to typing in the serial number and authorization code. I am not sure where to find those. Thx
There is no serial number and authorization code for SketchUp Shop. You just need to sign in with the email address and password associated with your subscription.
When I downloaded on my laptop, it downloaded SketchUp 2024, Style Builder and LayOut 2024. When I click on SketchUp 2024 it just opens a box that wants me to start a free trial. No opportunity to type in email and password

You wrote that you have a a SketchUp Shop subscription. That is now called Go. That’s for the web based version of SketchUp, not SketchUp 2024 for desktop.
On the welcome page for SketchUp 2024 there would be an option to sign in with your subscription but your subscription doesn’t provide access to the desktop version of SketchUp or LayOut or Style Builder.
Yes. For SketchUp Go you open it in your web browser as you did on your other computer. Go to app.sketchup.com and sign in there.
I can either “start trial” or “add classic license”
That’s why I clicked add classic license

You just need to visit app.sketchup.com to use your subscription. There is nothing to download
