"Add Location" Satellite Map not loading properly

Does anyone know why our satellite maps in Add Location only show a few grid items and not the whole satellite map? It changes when we zoom in as well, so for example at Zoom level 14, only some show up, and at zoom level 12 different ones show up as well.

I’ve removed and reinstalled Sketchup and I get the same result. Strangely enough, there are 2 computers in our office that display the sat map perfectly, however, the majority of our PC’s are doing this.

Any ideas?
