Add inspectors from window menu? Please Help

When opening Layout, a blank white screen on the upper left reads "Add inspectors from the Window menu. When opening the window menu, when I hover over tray 1 or 2, it crashes.

I’ve tried hitting alt-v and clicking restore default workspace, but then just crashes.

I have already tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it with no success.

I’m desperate being that I have to finish school work

Hi, When I open my layout there is a drop down menu that appears saying ’ Add inspectors from the Window menu’. First of all I have no idea what this means and second of all this tab hides my file and edit menu. If someone can help me out that would be great. Plus it crashes when ever I try to do something. Thanks
