Activation sk pro 2020 - coming up as trial and not subscription

trying just to get it to activate and it only lists trial on the software launch and BOTH trial and purchased in the online. how do i get rid of trial…? Before purchase it also stated phone support, but there is NO phone support number that I can find. Don’t have time for delays in chat boards need live person. HELP

Try logging out and then back in, with the email adress (=Trimble ID) that bought it.

that doesn’t work. There was supposed to be phone support. Is that not true? does anyone know a phone number to get actual support?
