Activating SU PRO

I have just purchased PRO, when I try to login it says subscription status expired, my account has two sections personal and company, the pro sub shows in company, is that why it is not recognised?

In the portal, if you click Members, do you see yourself as having product access?
Or just the company admin? Also make sure you are in the active plan, under Plan Settings…
