I subscribe to Sketchup Pro but I use it infrequently. It has been a few months since I last logged in.
The interface looks much different and the biggest difference that I can tell - I don’t see where the access is to Layout.
How do I access it?
Show us a screenshot of what you are seeing. The UI for SketchUp 2022 Por has not changed since it was initially released last year.
If you have SketchUp 2022 Pro installed and your subscription is current, you should be able to open SketchUp from the desktop icon. LayOut should have one as well. You should also be able to use Send to LayOut in the File menu to open it.
