Access to Free Web Version during Sketchup Pro Trial Period

I just signed up for the Sketchup Pro free trial by mistake. Post this, I have not been able to use the free web version. The Free web version hangs on the trimble icon post login.

I contacted support and they politely mentioned that the support was only for paying customers. They however suggested to post on this forum to check if anyone can help me here. Their mail states:

“After verification, your trial and your free account are associated to the same email address. you will need to replace it on one of your subscription.”

I tried to do this on my Profile Page. but there is no place where I could specify an email ID against a product. Any ideas?
