When I open Sketchup, after entering my e-mail and password, the SMS that should be sent to my phone does not arrive. I cannot solve the problem. I have deliveries and I need to finish them, please help me.I log in to Sketchup with my student e-mail. The e-mail address where I am currently writing this problem is my personal e-mail account.
You should contact support and if you manage to log in you should disable the sms confirmation step.
I believe that the SMS is only sent the first time you set up multiple-factor authentication. After that you would use an app, like the one from Google Authenticator for example, and in the sign in screen the number you enter is the one that the app gives you.
