The save buttons at the bottom of the Default Parameters dialog boxes are cut off by the window.
Expanding the box does not help.
Nothing is cut off here. I see the buttons!

Can’t you grab the bottom edge of the dialog and drag it down to see the buttons ?
It should stay like that between sessions…

It’s ok for me here at a few differing scaling setting : You might want to try clearing the webcache folder
AppData\Roaming\SketchUp\SketchUp 2022\WebCache

When you are back, try dropping them both to 100% scale (to disable scaling) quit SketchUp and try again. I’ll be curious if you can see it after that

Congrats, that was the issue, I had one screen set a custom scale.
They don’t recommend it.
