That’s great Trinh! Thanks!
Modifying Custom Tag Classifications in the latest testing version may result in unexpected behavior due to a bug… Changes may disappear or get rewritten randomly.
Thanks for report this. I have fixed that.
That’s great! It would be useful to rename definition names too…
There’re both option for user to choose from the first dropdown between “Definition Name” and “Instance Name”. By the way, in the video I used only Instance Name.
Question about breadcrumbs / tag classification:
If I click “5.Framing” while selecting that beam, should it change the tag from “Untagged” to "C_Framing?
When I click it, nothing happens.
Yes, that should be, if not it’s clearly a bug. Does it work after close and reopen the Classification overlay or even SketchUp?
Thanks for reporting this. I’ll check.
After close and reopen overlay. And close and reopen sketchup.
Thank you very much. I found that bug and fixed. Let’s wait for the official update, very closed.

“Thank you very much to all testers who participated in the testing phase and reported bugs. Happy Sketching, and love you all!”
Just a quick follow up post to confirm that my problem with the classifier was indeed fixed. Thanks @Cyentruk !
@Cyentruk After working in a sketchup file for a few minutes, I find that my right click context menu doesn’t work when I click on commands. Example: right click “Make Component” “Hide” “Make Unique” etc. When I click edit on the menu bar these commands work.
I run a few extensions and have no way of knowing 100% if this is being caused by 5D+ but I will continue to experiment and update here.
Seem this happens because of Classification Overlay activated before, right?
Yes. But not predictable. Sometimes it works sometimes not.
Me too. I tried to catch but cannot procedure that bug.
@Cyentruk it seems the last version to work for me (Sketchup Pro 2021) is the 0915.rbz. Afterwards the buttons do not work and nothing happens. I can’t update inside the app because it wasn’t an option until after that but that version doesn’t work. Am I missing something? I uninstalled, removed my activation etc and reinstalled but I’m sure I missed a step somewhere in there…
@BHDesign, the latest version is 1.8.04, 20250120. You can press button “Check for Update” to automatically update, if you see that button in the Settings. If not, you can download from Lemon Squeezy.
