My processor is a 5700g, integrated graphics vega 8, i have 32 gb ram 3600 mhz and 2 nvme m2 ssd. i want to know if sketchup runs without bottlenecks or any other problem, because I like everything to be fluid.
If you’re using SketchUp for Schools which is the web based version for young school children as your profile indicates, it should be fine.
if you’re looking for a potential bottleneck, that’s it. integrated GPU is the minimum really.
better go with a discrete one, nvidia rtx something or similar
edit : looking at the build you’re describing, it’s like buying a decent car, correct engine, comfort, but only 10L petrol tank.
sure, it’ll work for day to day short drives, but if you plan on crossing the country, it’s gonna be annoying.
I have a 4060 ti, and I’m studying landscaping and gardening, my focus for future projects will be more in this area. But I was thinking about selling my GPU to invest the money in something else (I’m going to buy a motorcycle) and just use the 5700g’s integrated graphics.
So presumably you are using the desktop version of SketchUp, not SketchUp for Schools.
I think you would be better off keeping the Nvidia graphics card. Don’t expect the integrated GPU to handle what you need from SketchUp.
