How to activate Auto-Pipe modus in 3skeng?
I try to connect two pipes which has an angle thats is not a “round” number, for instanse 16 degrees. Tried many times to connect these pipes… How?
If you mean a 16 degree elbow, I doubt they make such a pipe fitting.
There might be a swivel coupling available. But does 3skeng “know” about it?
Otherwise you would need to make your own custom elbow using two 90 degree elbows and a short “hinge” piece of pipe between them. This would require the pipe line to side-step a small amount.
All fittings 3Skeng uses belong to a standard dimension that can be obtained commercially. I doubt 16 degrees elbow is a standard
I just want to connect to a flange that is not “in angle” How the plummer actually implements it is irrelevant.. This is a big tank facility. The auto-pipe function seems not to function when things are a litte out of angle..

Sounds like you should be drawing a piping schematic, not a 3D piping design model.
Basically you would need to do this arrangement for custom angle changes.
(There are what is called a swing joint that does it in one piece.)
In the above figure, the elbow in the foreground is rotated 16 degrees downward to mate to the pipe coming up from the lower right. The 3 pipe parts in the background are all lying horizontal to the ground plane.
The gentleman needs a Pipe union
Dave the page you linked shows straight fitting unions, I would imagine that there exists some flexible variants that could bend to 16 degrees.
