I seem to have it working for the first time in a long time - both 3D and Extension Warehouse works now. What I did to resolve the issue:
- Open up IE11 and open up browser based 3D Warehouse.
- Login.
- Change password.
- Return to Sketchup application
- Login with new password.
- Done.
