3Dconnexion not working after 2023 upgrade

Should have known better than to upgrade to 2023 without first bracing myself for the umpteenth annual SpaceMouse Compact failure. Here we go again. Anyone got the workaround trick to get it working?

I’m running latest SketchUp 2023 on latest macOS13 Ventura on latest Apple Silicon with latest 3Dconnexxion driver.

Numerous threads on this topic. Most of the people have it working. Do a forum search.

3DC says it will be included in their next driver update for Mac likely about mid March.
