I’ve been trying to get my 3Dconnexion mice working for a while now, and after contacting them and doing what I believe are all the suggested solutions, it’s still not working. They asked me to contact you regarding Ticket ID: [#3Dx-26390].
I’ve uninstalled everything, SketchUp and 3Dconnexion, and reinstalled them a couple of times, but nothing has worked.

I am in the same boat. I updated to Sketchup 2026 last month and ever since there has been nothing but bugsplats associated with the 3D Connexon drivers. Old drivers don’t work with SKP 2026 and new drivers cause all versions of SKP to crash. PLEASE FIX this is making 2026 absolutely useless.
Possibly go to the 3DX site and follow the directions to completely remove and reinstall the driver. Run their driver install as “Run as administrator.”
