3dconnexion does not enable?

Somehow i can not activate my 3dconnexion space mouse?
As shown below, each time i activate the extension, it automatically de-activates the extension?

sup26 3dconnexion does not activate
I’ve tried to update the 3dconnexion software, but it showed i already have the latest version, software version 10.9.14.745

Am i the only one having this issue?
Do hope for a better answer/solution then “go back to a previous version of sketchup” :wink:

Make sure that only one SU instance is running.
Try restarting Sketchup after you turned it on and apply in EM.

If that doesn’t help uninstall 3DxWare, restart computer, and install it again.
