Hi, my 3DBi extension is not working. When I click on the 3DBI icon, it usually brings up a pop-up window, where it shows the “Export” button. I am unable to see that pop-up window. (When I used to work with 2 display screens, it used to bring that pop-up window on my secondary screen, but since I started having a standalone laptop, it’s not bringing up the pop-up screen on my laptop screen.
I’m sure @kengey can help you but I’m sure that installing Dialog Cascader your problem will be solved

Yes, it does sound like the dialog window is lost offscreen. If it is a web-based Ruby dialog then my cascader command can bring it back onscreen.
But if this is the native export file browser dialog via UI.savepanel then my command cannot.
This might need to be a registry tweak, or perhaps the SketchUp Reset Workspace command can reset it’s position?
