3d warehouse not showing up

I’m just seeing a blank screen, SketchUp is working properly and I’ve uninstalled and re-installed and nothing has changed.

Try clearing caches.

When you installed, did you right click on the installer file and choose Run as administrator?

I’ve done all that and still nothing…

I should say that Layout and the Extension warehouse are also not showing up.

Did you download from our web site? Can you open a browser and get to https://3dwarehouse.sketchup.com/ or https://extensions.sketchup.com/ ? LayOut should be in C:\Program Files\SketchUp\SketchUp 2018\LayOut\LayOut.exe - can you launch that from searching on Windows? OS on your profile says Win 64, is that Win 10 or 8?

I did download from the website. It is windows 10.

Yes the first link worked to download and save, but I still can’t download directly into the model. It’s a good enough fix for now. Thanks!

OK, PM me if you want to debug further. It’s a Chromium browser, so if you have Chrome on Win10, try that.
