My students are having an issue creating a SketchUp Account using Make 2017. Is it because they are using their School Gmail as an address? Does Google and Trimble not play nice with each other? They get to the point to create an account and then it won’t let them click on the yellow “Create New Account” button. Screenshot
They can sign into sketchup.com in a browser, and create the account that way. Then after that sign in with the same details from within SketchUp.
