3d warehouse crashes program

SKU Pro 2015 ,

when I have a model open and go to 3d whrse the whole program crashes. it usually is once i select a model but it has crashed just browsing . fairly consistent, happens about 95% of the time. I have lost a lot of work, frustrating…

any fixes out there?

Is there a bug splat message that comes up? Can you attach a screen shot? Can you give us more information such as: computer type, and computer version?
