3D Warehouse and Cookies

When you go to 3D Warehouse, you get this screen:

Basically, you have NO other choice that to AGREE to be tracked by cookies.

And if you click on the link Learn more about privacy and SketchUp, you get a 404 error.

I am concerned about the fact that in the welcome screen you don’t have a clear choice to disable cookies, which in Europe breaks the privacy rules (e.g. GDPR).

So if this is fixed -I posted about this back in January- will it be for ALL users, or just those living in areas with such privacy laws?
