3D connexion Navigator & v2019

3D connexion navigator will not function with v2019 I had the identical issue when upgrading to 2018.

Below is the instruction to resolve the problem that worked for v2018 but doesn’t for v2019. I need the navigator for an animation production for my final year fine art degree show. Time is running out…

I have contacted 3D connexion I’m waiting for a response, in the meantime any ideas would be appreciated.

We assume that the driver does not start correctly.
The reason is the file 3DxServiceState.xml.

Please try the following:

  • Navigate to the folder “C: \ Users \ Username \ AppData \ Local \ 3Dconnexion \ 3DxWare”.
  • delete the file “3DxServiceState.xml”.
    Start the driver. (Start the driver. (Start Start -3Dconnexion driver).

This process recreates the file and the driver works.
