I just realized that Las Vegas Basecamp is a couple of weeks away. I don’t see any posts on here for this year’s Basecamp. Did I miss the posts or are any of you attending?

Yeah, not as much chatter this time it seems. I’m scheduled to speak on Monday. The online scheduling website isn’t as rich as previous times. Last time, I could see a list of attendees that cared to share that they were attending, and even see who had signed up for my session. The last two at least also had their own social media apps on mobile devices. (That even helped me find my lost rent a car keys.). I’d like to know who’s planning to attend.

The Venetian is sold out, so I am trying to find out where else people are staying and if people have plans to hang out when they are not at Basecamp.

Totally agree with the social media app - it was a great way to connect with people at the Vancouver Basecamp. I do hope something similar is planned, but not long to go now!

It’s just a regular little session. It’s at the same time at RTCool’s unfortunately…
Just curious if there will be product announcements for SketchUp at the conference? I’m not attending but wondering if anything fun might be expected to drop from Trimble team that we should follow online with.

I will be wandering around Basecamp, although I have to leave early unfortunately. The online class schedule interface is less intuitive this year, but I managed to sign up for some sessions, many I was interested in were already full, and there were a lot of unfortunate overlaps of interesting simultaneous presentations. But the fun of Basecamp is often in the interstitial impromptu moments between sessions or in a quick conversation over a coffee in the morning. Looking forward to catching up with some old friends and perhaps making a few new ones.

I will be there and staying at the attached hotel. Looking forward to it. Vancouver was a lot of fun, we’ll see how this goes when it’s attached to Trimble Dimensions this time.
We typically showcase several things that we are working on - you can see some of our sessions are focused on some of these future releases, especially in the AI world. We also have a UX lab where we engage directly with users.
So, will you have a room like Vancouver 2022 where users can, after signing a non-disclosure agreement, test and give feedback on new developments in the works by the team?

Hi all, Stoked to be going to Basecamp next week! I’m newish to this community but have been in the periphery for quite some time. I look forward to meeting you and seeing your sessions.
I’m doing a class Wed. at 4pm for architecture modeling/ documentation workflow of an active project in Moab. It will not disappoint!
