The crash happened while Lumion was loading. For now, can you try moving Lumion out of the plugins folder, see if the crashing stops?
The Lumion file and folder will be in this folder:
%AppData%\SketchUp\SketchUp 2026\SketchUp\Plugins\
Try moving them to another folder.
Hi Colin, thanks. I’m not seeing the lumion plugin in this folder. But if it is a Lumion issue, I could try uninstalling and reinstalling Lumion?

For your interest, Plugins is a capital P in the location I gave. You may have been looking in c:\ProgramData\SketchUp\SketchUp 2026\SketchUp\plugins

That was actually the %ProgramFiles% path.
