2 PCs out of 15 in a classroom Cannot Access 3D Warehouse

Greetings,

I taught a SketchUp for Woodworking class this past Saturday at the Akron-Summit County Public Library.

Two of the PCs could not access the 3D Warehouse… but could access the 3D Warehouse outside of SketchUp (2016).

Any ideas on what to look for? All of the PCs are identical… and refreshed every night in a nightly job stream…

Security. I found the same thing at a school district, and it was their security software.

Agreed. I would start investigating any firewall/security settings. Sounds like something is blocking SU from accessing the internet on those PCs. This article may provide a starting point.
