Send in the BugSplat data with some identifier that can be looked up in the splat database. (“The squeeky wheel gets the grease.”)

Make sure you install (or repair) the SketchUp installation by right-clicking the installer and choosing “Run as administrator”.
Make sure your graphics and other hardware meet the minimum requirements for your SketchUp version:
