This will produce a Windows Error Reporting report.
See this post, but you’ll be looking for reports that have “Checkup” in the folder name, instead of SketchUp. (I will bet the problem will be with your OpenGL driver library.)

Remember I said:
Intel HD graphics driver version 10.18.10.3412
is already known to have OpenGL issues.
