LAYOUT text special characters problem / auto text

i have also an other topic, and recently found out strange workaround, but it is still strange.
Please have a look , I posted there twice

Laout freezes on start after auto choosing template, help needed

helo, just instaled and (reinstaled because of this problem) SketchupPro 2015 Layout when starts choose itself automaticaly template and hangs, (template dialog window stays on but hidden), it is impossibl to work witch file and you cant save or quit? only force quit otherwise when starting by clicking on specific file looks fine. help needed
