[HELP] Installation Problem on Win 7-32bit

Hello, good day to everyone.

I am Kyan, I faced some problems during install sketchup 32bit on my Win 7-32bit.

I failed to install the software because of the problem “Installing Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (x86 and x64)”.
I know where to download Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (x86 and x64) but the problem is I am using Win7- 32bit.

Anybody now how to fix this problem except install win 7 64bit?

So, go to:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17718
and download it to your “Downloads” folder, then right-click it, and choose “Run as administrator”.
(It supports both 32-bit and 64-bit editions. See the system requirements on that page.)

Then after installing (and perhaps rebooting,) run Windows Update to get any .NET updates. (Then reboot afterward, before installing SketchUp.)

Okay, but let us know when you get the .NET 4 installed correctly.

If you still have problems, make sure you have done all updates via Windows Update (except those pesky Get Windows 10 updates.)

Finally，the installation successfully completed.

My steps:

  1. download Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (x86 and x64) from: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17718
  2. Install the NET.4
    but 1st time install, window pop out an error message call “Hresult 0x8000222”.
    after that I go to the web site:
    [FIX] HRESULT 0XC8000222 While Installing .NET Framework – System Admin Tech Tips
    follow the step inside to resolve the problem.
  3. re-install NET 4
