Error on Component Options window when downloading in window

@myhvac, Thank you very much for your patience on this issue. Based on your observations I have confirmed that the DC error occurs when a folder name or a file name starts with lowercase “u”. I cannot thank you enough for finding this elusive bug ! Yogesh
