Continuing the discussion from Unsigned extensions:
That doesn’t have any effect on whether or not it works as long as the loading policy is set to allow it to load.
That shouldn’t be a surprise since it doesn’t have a toolbar.
What steps are you using after you select it from the Draw menu?
It works just fine for me.
